"I just had to put an update on my phone journey in San Jose. This is the 7th pho I've been to and so far it is the best! The pho broth is so flavorful, it came out hot, and all the meat you'd expect from a combination pho was in there. I've been to other pho in the area that offers, "combination" pho, but they lack the tripe, tendon, or meatballs. This place also has shrimp cake, and bun Bo hue.
